about

This EP was recorded on August 5-6, 2011, on Toronto Island. These songs were recorded during Colin's bachelor party. All songs were written collaboratively by the band during a songwriting retreat in summer of 2010, at a cottage north of Peterborough, Ontario.

The title of the EP is a reference to the piano player in Howlin' Wolf's Memphis band: there were two men named William Johnson in the group, so the pianist was nicknamed "Destruction" for his devastating playing style.

Enjoy the destruction. Thanks for listening.
